Breaking News- May 2011:
The
big news this month is the brand new
website design! After many months of inactivity, it's time
for a change, and I hope you like it. This will grow- I'm
hoping to include more on-line music and as many other cool features as
possible!
C'mon over to beautiful Penobscot, Maine on the evening of Friday May 20th. I'll be the featured performer at the Music Buffett Coffeehouse at the Penobscot United Methodist Church (located on Rte. 176, right acrosss from Northern Bay). This is a great venue that just celebrated it's first birthday, and all donated proceeds go to a fuel assistance program. There's an open mic from 7:00 to 8:00p.m., and musicians, poets, storytellers, comics, etc. are welcome to sign up when the doors open. I'll be performing from 8:00 to 9:00, after a short intermission.
My performance will feature a number of brand-spanking-new songs that I've written as a result of a songwriting project I've been participating in with fellow tunesmiths Jud Caswell, Nat Hussey, and Paddy Mills. We've been challenging each other to write one new song a week, and we've just passed week #12! Plenty of great new material from all involved!
